115年9月及10月單房間職務宿舍開放參觀時間表
- 9月分配一般及學人宿舍、10月加開分配「溫州院」單房間學人宿舍期程如表1，待配宿舍各戶參觀時間及聯絡人詳見表2。
- 9月分配宿舍為一般宿舍，本校編制內（不含附設機構）之專任教職員警，如無配偶且未獲政府輔助、購置或承購住宅均可申請。10月加開分配「溫州院」學人宿舍，除應符合前揭要件，並應為具博士學位之專任教師。
- 得配後聲明放棄當次得配資格、逾期未辦妥簽約手續、選填志願時提供足以影響分配資格之不實資料等情形，將自下次分配時起停配1年。

September and October 2026 Open House Schedule for Single-Room Staff Housing
- The schedule for the September allocation of general housing and the October supplementary allocation of "Wenzhou Courtyard" Single-room academic housing is detailed in Table 1. For individual unit visiting hours and contact details, please refer to Table 2.
- The September housing allocation applies to regular housing units. Full-time faculty, staff, and police personnel within the university’s official establishment （excluding affiliated institutions） who are unmarried and have not received government subsidies to purchase or acquire housing are eligible to apply.
- An additional allocation for 'Wenzhou Courtyard' academic housing will open in October. Applicants must meet the aforementioned requirements and must also be full-time faculty members holding a doctoral degree.
- Applicants who decline an allocated unit, fail to complete the lease agreement within the specified deadline, or provide false information during preference selection that affects allocation eligibility will be barred from applying for housing for 1 year starting from the next allocation round.

After the five-day period, the Faculty and Staff Housing Division may notify assignees to produce the necessary documentation within 15 days to complete the signing process.
