申請資格
Application Qualifications |
本校編制內（不含附設單位）支薪之專任教職員警，除已獲政府輔助購置或承購住宅，包括曾獲政府負擔補貼利息之輔助、補助購置住宅貸款及曾承購政府興建優惠計價之住宅等外，凡有配偶、未成年子女、父母或身心障礙賴其扶養之已成年子女隨居任所者，得申請借用一般宿舍。
無上述眷屬隨居任所者，於本校任職滿1年後，得借用之。前二項專任教師如具有博士學位者，亦得同時申請借用學人宿舍。
Regular faculty, staff, and security guards （not including those in affiliated organizations） who have not received government-subsidized housing or loans and are living with a spouse, underage children, parents, or adult children with disabilities may apply for regular housing units.
The faculty without aforementioned family dependents as co-residents and having been employed by NTU for more than one year may apply for regular housing.
Teachers mentioned above with Ph.D. degrees may also apply for the scholar housing units.

Every year in March, June, September, and December, from the 1st to the 10th, the Faculty & Staff Housing Division will announce a list of available dormitories on the web.
