申請資格
Application Qualifications |
本校編制內（不含附設單位）支薪之專任教職員警，除已獲政府輔助購置或承購住宅，包括曾獲政府負擔補貼利息之輔助、補助購置住宅貸款及曾承購政府興建優惠計價之住宅等外，凡有配偶、未成年子女、父母或身心障礙賴其扶養之已成年子女隨居任所者，得申請借用一般宿舍。
無上述眷屬隨居任所者，於本校任職滿1年後，得借用之。前二項專任教師如具有博士學位者，亦得同時申請借用學人宿舍。
Regular faculty, staff, and security guards （not including those in affiliated organizations） who have not received government subsidized housing or loans and are living with spouse, under-aged children, parents, or adult children with disabilities may apply for the rental of regular dormitory units.
The faculty without above-mentioned family dependents as co-residents and having been employed by NTU for more than one year may apply for the rental of regular dormitories.
The above-mentioned faculty with Ph.D. degrees may also apply for the rental of visiting scholars dormitory units. |

Every year in March, June, September and December, starting from the 1st and ending on the 10th, the Faculty & Staff Housing Division will announce a list of available dormitories on the web. |
