The credit fees payment period for the 2nd Summer Session Fees of academic year 2023/2024 is overdue.
Please take the billing statement to the Cashier division of 8th floor Lixian Hall and make the payment by cash.
Q1: How do I print my billing statement?

Please download and print out your billing statement at 【 https://mis.cc.ntu.edu.tw/reg/ 】. If you log in from a public computer, please remember to log out after your printing is completed. You are welcome to use the computers and the printers in the Cashier Division of 8 floor, Lixian Hall.
Please verify your name and student ID of the billing statement after printing.
Q2: How do I make the payment?
A2:
It's overdue.
Except for paying it by cash at Cashier Division of NTU, we don't offer other payment options and methods to pay your overdue tuition.
Please note that the Cashier Division has moved to the 8th floor of Lixian Hall on July 16,2024.
Q3: I have withdrawn from the class. Do I need to pay the credit fee for this class?
A3:
According to the “Regulation for class withdrawal,” paid tuition and credit fees of withdrawn courses are non-refundable. Clearing of payments must be done for those who did not complete their payments.
Therefore, courses you withdraw are still counted in credit fees.
Q4: If I don’t pay my credit fees in time, what impacts will there be?
A4:
If you do not pay the fee before the deadline, you will not be able to register for next semester according to National Taiwan University's Academic Policies. It is required for graduating students to pay off all required fees before leaving NTU.
Q5:When the payment status update?
A5:Payment processing may take 1 to 4 business days. You may check your payment status at【 https://mis.cc.ntu.edu.tw/reg 】. Generally speaking, it takes 1 business day to process your payment if it is made via ATM transfers (note that the transaction time will be regarded as the next day if the payment is made after 3:30 PM), interbank transfers, or post offices; 3 to 4 business days for transactions made via credit cards; 2 to 3 business days for those made via convenience stores.
