114年7月新進教師職務宿舍分配作業公告。
一、本次待配宿舍清冊將於114年7月1日至15日於宿舍分配系統公告,請符合申借資格之新進教師自行上網參閲相關資料及選填志願(網址:https://dorm.cloud.ntu.edu.tw)。
二、略述本次申借新進教師職務宿舍之流程:
(一)申請借用人無帳號及密碼者,請先向計資中心申請(即NTU Mail帳號),尚無法申請帳號及密碼者請向總務處教職員住宿服務組申請臨時帳號。
(二)114年7月1日至15日,公告待配宿舍清單,欲申請宿舍新進教師請自行上網查詢及選填志願後,下載新進教師職務宿舍登記表。(系統開放:7月1日上午8時起至7月15日下午5時止。登入分配系統後之操作時間請勿超過60分鐘,逾時請重新登入。)
(三)宿舍參觀時段公告於總務處教職員住宿服務組網頁(https://ga.ntu.edu.tw/housing/main_ch/index.aspx)。
(四)114年7月25日至26日公布得配名單(遇假日順延)。
(五)本期得配名冊公告期滿次日起至114年8月18日前檢具相關證明文件,繳交一個月宿舍管理費作為保證金並辦妥簽約手續。
(六)簽約後,得配人自是日起即負宿舍保管責任,並應即遷入居住及繳納宿舍管理費,並依行政院規定每月扣回房租津貼。
(七)有意申請宿舍新進教師可先上網閱讀宿舍分配系統使用說明(網址:https://dorm.cloud.ntu.edu.tw)。
三、新進教師職務宿舍借用期間依本校新進教師職務宿舍分配及管理要點第4點規定以5年為限。

NTU Accommodation for New Teachers
Applications for housing assignment for July 2025
1. The list of available housing units will be announced on the Faculty & Staff Housing Management System from July 1 to July 15, 2025. Eligible new faculty members are advised to read the application instructions and select their preferences online (website: https://dorm.cloud.ntu.edu.tw).
2. Summary of application procedure:
(1) Applicants who don’t yet have a login account and password should first apply to the Computer and Information Networking Center for an NTU Mail account. Those unable to apply for one should request a temporary account from the Faculty & Staff Housing Division, Office of General Affairs.
(2) The list of available housing units will be announced online from July 1 to July 15, 2025. New teachers who want to apply for housing should check online and fill in the application form by themselves, and then download Registration Form for the New Teacher Housing. (The system will be open: July 1, 8:00 am to July 15, 5:00 pm. Users will be logged out after each 60-minute session. Simply login again to complete the application.)
(3) The time of housing tour will be announced on the website of the Faculty & Staff Housing ( website: https://ga.ntu.edu.tw/housing/main_ch/index.aspx).
(4) The list of applicants who have successfully received a housing assignment will be announced online on July 25 and July 26, 2025. ( If it is a holiday, it will be postponed to the next working day.)
(5) From the day following the last day of the announcement of the current housing assignments until August 18, 2025, the successful applicants must present relevant documents, pay one month’s housing management fee as security deposit, and sign the rental contract with NTU.
(6) Upon signing the contract with NTU, the assignee will immediately assume the responsibility for taking proper care of their assigned housing; they should also move into the housing and pay the housing management fee as soon as possible. An amount equal to the approved monthly housing allowance shall be deducted from the resident’s salary each month, as required by Executive Yuan regulations.
(7) New faculty members interested in applying for a housing unit may read the instructions for the Faculty & Staff Housing Management System online (website: https://dorm.cloud.ntu.edu.tw).
3. In accordance with Rule 4 of the National Taiwan University Directives for the Allocation and Administration of New Faculty Housing, the period of each housing assignment may not exceed five years.
